Who do I contact to schedule my move-in van and where does it park?

Reservations for the loading dock and freight elevator are available from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. As soon as your move is arranged please reach out to our concierge to make your reservation or book directly through the BuildingLink app. Please note our property is not able to accommodate a semi-truck/18-wheeler. Please request a local transfer to a smaller truck if your movers are using a semi-truck.

How do I reserve an elevator for move-in?

Where do I pick up my packages?

Packages may be picked up from the Amazon Hub locker, Smart Package room, or directly from the concierge.

I have family visiting. Are there guest suites available? How do I book that?

Guest suites are available on-site. Please contact the concierge or refer to the BuildingLink app for pricing and availability.

How do I submit a work order?

A work order can be submitted through the concierge, or through the BuildingLink.com resident portal.

Where can I view my lease?

Lease documents and lease renewal documents are available in your Resident Portal at RentCafe.com.

What amenities can we use? Are there fees associated? Can my friends from outside the building join me?

Residents of the Country Club Towers have full access to all amenities campus wide. Residents are welcome to have two guests accompany them.

How do I change my address?

Please complete a Change of Address Form provided by the USPS.

What do I do with previous resident’s mail?

Please leave any mail that does not belong to you with the concierge team.

I have a number of small things I need fixed in my apartment. Can I make a checklist?

Absolutely! Please drop off your list at the leasing office.

Where do my guests park?

Street parking is readily available. Guest parking is available in the parking garage. Overnight parking costs $5.00.

Can I rent the kitchen space in my building? How do I do that? How much does it cost?

Yes, it’s $400 to reserve, and can be booked through the concierge or through the BuildingLink app.

When is rent due?

Rent is due the 1st of each month.

When is rent considered late?

Any payment received after 11:59 PM on the first of each month.

When are late fees assessed?

Late fees are accessed on the 9th of each month.

How much is the late fee?

The late fee is $50.

Do we have storage available to rent?

Yes! Please see the concierge for more details.

What is our pet policy?

All units at the Country Club Towers, Bayaud Tower and The Gardens are dog and cat friendly.

There is a two pet limit per unit. No caged animals are allowed (rabbits, ferrets, etc.). Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas (ask about exceptions). All pets must be current on vaccinations. All pets must be on a lease in public spaces at all times except designated off leash areas. Residents may use the dog park and dog run at their own risk. Our campus features a dog park, a dog spa, pet-centric events, and easy access to nearby parks.

The Norman does not allow pets.
