PET POLICY

Pet Friendly Apartment Living

Our pet-friendly community fosters a sense of warmth and companionship.  By following our pet policy, we can create a harmonious environment where all residents, with or without pets, can enjoy their living experience!  100% of our units are dog and cat friendly at the Country Club Towers, Bayaud Tower, and The Gardens.  *The Norman only allows Service Dogs & Emotional Support Animals.
  • All units are dog and cat friendly
  • There is a two pet limit per unit
  • No caged animals are allowed (rabbits, ferrets, etc.)
  • Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas (ask about exceptions)
  • All pets must be current on vaccinations
  • All pets must be on lease in public spaces at all times except designated off leash areas
  • Residents may use the dog park and dog run at their own risk
